You can sell their beds, strollers and toys. Nothing else. But if you only have one, don't sell it to make money...your baby needs it
To sell them, click on "Taking care of my baby" and then on "Sell my items", in the Earning BabyCoins box.

Your baby needs a buggy to be happy. As you don't have a lot of money, I suggest you buy the cheapest one, the blue at top left. You need also at least 2 more toys.
